Description:
Individual will assist with customer applications, including technical support, design, testing, and product training for customers and distributors. Implement revisions to existing engineering drawings, manage engineering projects.
Qualifications:
- AS / BS Mechanical Engineering Degree (or equivalent).
- Two years related work / education experience required.
- Must be proficient in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Customer Service Specialist

Description:
Responsibilities include providing quotes, entering and acknowledging sales orders, generating picking tickets, answering phone calls, issuing RMA's, updating price list, data entry and more.

Quality Assurance Specialist
Full Time Position (On-Site)
Description:
Responsibilities include troubleshooting customer problems; and inspection of incoming/outgoing product. Responsible for verifying the quality, reliability, and performance of product. Candidate must be able to generate detail inspection reports. Must be able to communicate with all levels of leadership and be able to articulate findings and explain the reason for the findings. Must be able to clearly explain the purpose of the product evaluation and communicate with internal team members to identify why the evaluation is being conducted. Must have strong time management skills to open and close evaluation sessions and to complete administrative duties within the specified time.
Qualifications:

Accounting Specialist
Full Time Position (On-Site)
Description:
Responsible for managing supplier/customer invoicing and inbound/outbound payments, monitor and record sales, and ensure all financial models, records, and related materials are kept up-to-date and stored safely to ensure they can be retained. Candidate must be able to create and manage financial statements, create and file all necessary tax and financial forms for the company. Ensure audits are completed promptly. Advise best practices and optimizations throughout accounting processes. Collaborate with finance personnel to develop approaches for creating more-accurate financial records and models for the company. Quality-assure and audit reports and filings for errors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an accounting-related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and bookkeeping programs.
- Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills are a must.
- Strong attention to detail; Strong analytical skills; time management and excellent organizational skills.
- Minimum of five years' experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial modeling.

Responsibilities include prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment, review and evaluate vendor quotes, planning and scheduling product requirement with suppliers, negotiate terms and prices, update usage records, establish and review Min/Max ordering levels, prepare and process requisitions for outside processing, locate and qualify new suppliers and more.

Responsibilities include retrieving product for shipping, securely packaging goods for shipment, counting parts (outbound and inbound) receiving products from suppliers, assembly of small tools, components and more. Clean warehouse and climate-controlled warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred but not required, we will train you!

- Proficiency in the using Microsoft Office 365 applications is required.
